Once upon a time...
there was a proud and arrogant manager named Freaky, who ran a company called Monkey Business.
Freaky dreamed of becoming something big, and he wanted to ensure that none of his employees would ever surpass him in greatness.
Freaky had magical Windows, and every morning, he began his workday standing in front of the Windows, repeating the same question:

Windows, Windows...
on the wall. Who's the greatest of them all?"
Every morning, the magical Windows gave the same answer: a cryptic Excel file. After attempting to interpret those hieroglyphs with no success, Freaky became furious and completely ripped his game pants.
To let his anger out, he went to destroy all the Excel files on his computer and then sent some headhunters after his employees.

One Monday morning...
Freaky was nervously walking circles in the hall when, suddenly, a Data Analyst appeared out of nowhere. She was performing predictive analysis with a crystal ball and promised that any of Freaky's question given to the crystal ball would be answered.
Freaky remembered his burning question and was sure that his own name would stand out. He asked:
”Ball, ball in the hall. Who's the greatest of them all?”
And this was the answer he got:

made Freaky realize that his employees were the most valuable asset of his company, as they were the ones who generated revenue for Monkey Business.
Freaky began to invest on employee well-being and Monkey Business grew and prospered happily ever after.
